BS EN 62305 is the latest reference document for protection against lightning.
It replaced BS 6651:1999 from 1st September 2008 and is the British edition of the European standard to which all lightning protection systems to new structures, and new extensions to existing ones, are now designed, installed and maintained.
BS EN 62305 comprises of four parts and these detail the fundamental requirements for lightning protection systems for the external and internal parts of a structure.

For existing systems installed prior to 31st August 2008, Central High Rise can carry out remedial works in accordance with BS 6651:1999.
Due to our steeplejack roots we can gain access to a wide range of places that historically could only be reached via scaffolding. We pride ourselves on offering a complete service from start to finish.
Central High Rise operatives are CSCS registered lightning conductor installers and are fully qualified in working at height.
