Starting as a Trainee Steeplejack in 1980, Martin joined Central High Rise to further his career, share his expertise and guide the operative teams through any situation. Martin has previously held the roles of Site Manager, Senior Forman and Health and Safety Representative.

In Addition to his experience and knowledge as a Steeplejack and Lightning Protection Engineer, Martin has hands-on experience working on large heritage projects that have involved specialist stonework and scaffolding. Martin is focused on the continual development of health and safety within the company.
