Health & Safety & Environmental Manager

Prior to joining Central High Rise, Lee worked in various roles including Health and Safety Advisor and Trainer. Lee conducted training from single operative to senior management teams covering various health and safety subjects. After gaining NEBOSH qualification, Lee became Head of Facilities and Health and Safety with a delegated responsibility for six sites and all personnel.

Since Joining Central High Rise, Lee works closely with all departments to continue strengthening the safety culture within the business. Lee also assisted in gaining Constructionline (Gold) Membership and continues to develop safety systems. Currently, Lee is working to achieve the ISO 45001 accreditation for Central High Rise.
